Charter Charge Committee of the Legislative Council

PRESENT: Jeff Capeci, George Ferguson, Daniel Honan, Kathy Fetchick, Dan Wiedemann
Chairman Wiedemann called the meeting to order at 7:40.
Motion to approve Minutes from 1/9/13 and 1/16/13 made by Kathy Fetchick, second by George Ferguson. All in favor.
PROPOSED CHARGES: After reviewing the requested revisions it was determined that there is further review / research needed. Discussion as to whether we should continue with charter revision in 2013 in consideration of all else that will be open for discussion on the Council this year. This will be brought up at the next Council meeting on 2/6/13. Next meeting to be announced shortly.
Having no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
